Yoga for Fertility is a gentle style of yoga specifically designed for women trying to get pregnant naturally, with TCM or acupuncture, or Assisted Reproductive Therapies like Clomid or IVF. Over 4 weeks you will learn practical self-help tools to relieve stress, nurture the body and calm the mind.
Specifically:
• Breathing techniques that release anxiety and stress
• Poses that stimulate the reproductive organs and balance hormones
• Visualisations & affirmations that help to release fear emotions and tension
Join us and connect with women going through similar experiences in a positive environment. Suitable for all levels of students including beginners.
