A clearer, more open heart chakra is of fundamental importance for our health and happiness.
Yoga is ultimately about living in the moment with an "OPEN HEART" and a clear mind. Just as you can practice heart opening in your thoughts and emotions, you can also experience opening the heart space in your physical body.
When the heart chakra is balanced we experience deep love and compassion for ourselves and others and feel peaceful and balanced within.
During this 2 hour workshop we will be using simple yogic techniques such as:
- Yin and yang yoga poses (asana) working with chest opening, shoulder opening and back bending
- Pranayama (breathing techniques)
- Visualisation meditations
- Intention Setting
- Sound vibration
- We will talk about chakras, what they are and how they relate to the physical body
Ash has been teaching yoga for 15 years all over the world including 10 years in India. She teaches from the heart in a fun-loving way. “Yoga is my passion, and I love to share the knowledge that I have learned along the way”.
