Ashtanga yoga is an exhilarating and flowing Yoga founded by Sri Pattabhi Jois. Enjoy this flowing Yoga style to detoxify muscles and organs. The dynamic series of postures develops a light, strong body and a calm mind. It is our most “gymnastic” yoga style.
In this foundation course you will learn the Primary Series over 8 weeks. As you become familiar with the sequence of postures, the practice becomes an intense, moving meditation, building strength, heat, balance, focus and relaxation. It will nourish you physically and spiritually.
Foundation Level suits all levels from complete beginners to regular students. These courses will prepare you to join any of our General or Level 1 casual classes.
