Escape and unwind with a weekend of meditation, gentle yoga and relaxation in a beautiful bush setting. The main theme of the weekend will be success in Meditation & how it relates to you and your lifestyle. There will be regular morning yoga classes, a range of guided meditation sessions and plenty of time to enjoy the setting. This retreat provides an opportunity for you to learn about your mental & emotional self and develop tools that will assist you optimise your potential. The workshop is practice based, but as it is closely related, the philosophy of yoga will also be touched on during our daily discussions.
The retreat is located in the Adelaide Hills about ½ an hours drive east of Adelaide. The Rymill Conference Centre provides a peaceful and quiet space to enjoy this informative workshop. The regular meditation sessions will help you to strengthen your practice whist enjoying good company and healthy vegetarian food.
