Low Impact / Seniors Exercise Class primarily comprising standing and chair-based exercises and yoga practices.
General yoga class comprising poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation.
Suitable for all levels of experience.
Free guided relaxation/meditation. Perform seated or laying down. Perfect to quickly destress and refocus.
Level 1 for those that have at least 6 months experience.
6 weeks beginners course - please note this course is now full.
This class systematically follows on from Level 1, learning to hold the postures for longer and experience a quiet mind.
