Overcome your fear of falling and being upside down! In this playful workshop we will focus on Shoulder stand, Forearm balance, Headstand and Handstand. We will use the wall, props and partner work trying variations in each posture. This is an experiential workshop and suitable for all levels of student, options will be provided to make this class accessible to all. Class size is limited to 25.
