A three hour exploration of yoga, artmaking and creative thinking. We will flow from a soft, yin paced vinyasa to experimenting with different drawing styles designed to wake up the right side of the brain.
Using research based techniques we will explore the best way of tapping into our more experimental, artistic selves.
