Practise rejuvenating pranayama techniques that will increase your longevity. During a dynamic and invigorating 90min yoga practice we will demystify proper yoga alignment and illustrate good techniques that will allow to you practice for decades to come. Finish off with a deep meditation that will have you floating out the door.
