We are hosting two 5-day intensive program as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois, under the guidance of Michelle Merrifield.This program is for all students with a regular yoga practice, wanting to take their practise to a new level. Daily morning classes will end with Pranayama practices, guided meditation, music and chanting!
