Yoga for Beginners is a four week course for those who are new to yoga. We will explore the basic principles of the practice, in a relaxed, workshop-style environment, focusing on:
Absolute never-done-yoga-before beginners are more than welcome. Come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows you to move – and maybe 
get a little sweaty. Yoga mat and towel provided.
