Yoga for Beginners is a four week course for those who are new to yoga. We will explore the basic principles of the practice, in a relaxed, workshop-style environment, focusing on: 

  1. Why we practice yoga and the ritual of class
  2. Basic yoga postures and transitions
  3. How to find safe alignment 
  4. Modifying postures to suit your body
  5. Feeling comfortable in the studio 
  6. Getting ready for regular classes

Absolute never-done-yoga-before beginners are more than welcome. Come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows you to move – and maybe 
get a little sweaty. Yoga mat and towel provided.
