Yoga Retreat Day - Castlemaine

A restorative Yoga Retreat Day exploring yoga, meditation and relaxation.
Designed to help us feel revitalised and replenished, we will explore poses which are warming and energising (appropriate for the coming winter months).  There will be time practicing mindfulness and also discussion and opportunites to ask those questions you've always wanted to ask a yoga teacher.
We will also look at how a physical yoga practice can work upon mental and emotial balance.
