Immerse yourself in a weekend of yoga workshops and meditation while being surrounded by acres of bushland at Eumeralla Eco Retreat. Local experienced yoga teacher, Charlotte Hamilton, runs this yoga and personal development retreat with an emphasis on harmonising and relaxing the body, mind and spirit so that you leave on Sunday refreshed and renewed.

Your yoga teacher:

Charlotte Hamilton has been teaching yoga for over 7 years after completing the Diploma of Classical Yoga. Charlotte teaches by the prinicples of nurture, nourish and challenge. Her classes offer both relaxing and energising poses while focusing on quietening the mind; physical strength and flexibility. Prior to being a full time yoga teacher, Charlotte was a Kindergarten teacher and Manager at TAFE. She now teaches adult and children's yoga and looks afer her gorgeous toddler!
