Description

The retreat will include yoga from various styles: Hatha, Kundalini, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga to help you transform and renew.  There will be meditations and gong baths to assist you to de-stress and relax.

Come along to the beautiful, peaceful  Lokananda Retreat Centre at Point Pass and join Ramjas and Balwant for a blissful yoga weekend.
