A 6 week introductory course for those new to yoga. Course classes include introduction to yoga philosophy, breathing exercises, core muscle work, gentle yoga postures, a short meditation and guided relaxation.
Mondays 6 - 7pm
Tuesdays 7.15 - 8.15pm
Wednesdays 6 - 7pm
Tues & Thurs am 6.15 - 7.15am Intensive 4 weeks, 2 classes a week $180
Includes all equipment including quality clean mats in our bright airy studio
Missed classes may be made up at any other class on our timetable prior to the courses completion and subject to availability.
