A six week series of get yourself moving prana yoga & meditation - get some yoga style magic into your Sunday Mornings with these delightful Sunday morning yoga and meditation sessions.

You will breathe, move and sense your way into increased strength, flexibility and feeling good in your body

Sessions are mixed level, and designed to help you feel comfortable in your body on the mat and off, learning to move and breathe in ways that support good health through your whole body, mind and spirit.

AND Look forward to just the right mix of the technical and the inspirational, with the odd bad joke or dash of woo-woo to keep things interesting while you look after your body, and enjoy some Sunday morning self care 🙂

Our practice will combine elements of dynamic yoga, subtle exploration and embodiment – getting into your body more deeply.

You will learn:

– ways to build strength and flexibility via working with YOUR body

– how to better use your breath for energy and clarity of mind in every moment

– how to move safely for better health and wellness in your body

– keys to alignment



And you will experience yoga & meditation practices that:

increase your energy

support your immune and nervous systems for better health

decrease your stress levels

– support you to manage your emotions

– are relaxing, fun, and challenging too 🙂



Get ready to feel better in your body, clearer in your mind, with more energy and a sense of lightness – what you might call feeling uplifted – and yet grounded.

And, to say it one more time – you will learn stuff.

Like how to yoga (I know, bad grammar. The thing is, you can’t do yoga, so there we have it..) whether you are more like gumby or the tin man, how to breathe well, and how to meditate - even when you can’t.

We will be exploring authentic traditional teachings combined with current movement principles and intiutive inspiration for a safe and effective practice that meets you where you are at and supports you to move in the direction you wish to grow – or glow, or both.
