Come and join this creative, relaxed and supported Yoga class each MONDAY NIGHT at the Wynnum Municipal Hall. All ages and levels welcome.

Let me guide you through an hour of yoga flow bliss, where you can let go of any tension or stress, and tap in to your inner self, all the while honouring your physical body by moving through the poses with intent. You will focus on connecting breath with movement in each class and balancing the doing (poses) with being (meditation) to create a well rounded practice. Suitable for all level yogis. Age 12+

Schedule / Itinerary
Please bring a mat, wear something comfy and aim to arrive 10mins early. Class starts at 6.30pm.
Enter building via side access ramp on Cedar Street.
Plenty of free parking behind Hall (via Cedar st), and also free street parking.
