Okido Yoga practices offered in the Intensive include asana, zen meridian exercises, sound, shiatsu and meditation. Being mindful and wholehearted is the focus of all the practices. All levels of flexibility and experience are welcome.
Includes a Community Breakfast on the Fridays and daily Medicinal Teas.
