In the Taoist Five Element System, Spring relates to the Wood Element and the Liver and Gall Bladder Meridians. Spring’s the time of new life, vision and growth. Move, twist and stretch to nourish the muscles, tendons and ligaments. Tone up as excess fats and toxins are cleansed from the body and mind. Positive Wood Element qualities include flexibility, patience and creativity.
