Yogalates - a fusion of yoga with pilates principles.

These classes focus on developing core strength and stability, whilst increasing your flexibility and tone.

They encourage healthy postural habits, more effective movement and  serve as great post natal workout.

Its an ideal time for mums and shift workers. We will find do our classes in the shade, but do recommend you wear sunblock.
