Description

6 weeks of connecting, healing, soothing, reinforcing, breathing, being.

When you move, function and feel WELL, your mind and body feels well too. Though more and more often we feel stressed and anxious, and depression rates rise.  

In this course specifically designed for those with wobbly mental health - we’ll use our Yoga toolkit to get rid of day to day stress, unwind tension from the body, and improve your mood.

Overwhelmed with all the tasks you need to tick off week to week? 

Come and explore ways to breathe calmly, move gently and lovingly, and return to centre - no matter how tight your body or mind. From a teacher who uses her Yoga daily to help with her own depression … let’s explore a new way of being.
