When you move, function and feel WELL, your mind and body feels well too. Though more and more often we feel stressed and anxious, and depression rates rise.
In this course specifically designed for those with wobbly mental health - we’ll use our Yoga toolkit to get rid of day to day stress, unwind tension from the body, and improve your mood.
