This is a great opportunity for high school aged boys and girls to learn tools for accessing and maintaining calm and focus heading into their new school year.
We provide a safe, fun space where they don’t need to overachieve - and offer techniques to deal with pressure, stress and anxiety AND develop focus and confidence.
You’ll learn to truly relax with a combination of movement, breathing and gentle meditation techniques in this 2 hour workshop - which allows us more time to explore, interact and ask questions.
