Is anyone else just going through life like, 
“Yeah I’ve just gotta get past this last difficult week 
and then it’s smooth sailing from there!”  
… though repeating it every week? 

Did you make a New Year’s resolution to improve your self-care this year? Those intentions always feel easier in early January - we’re in holiday mode, we’re relaxed - and all wonderful intentions DO feel possible. 

Though maybe you’re willing to confess: by the time Autumn comes around, we’ve reverted back to our habitual stress and imbalance - with a side of frustration or helplessness for living the same-old routine. Your self-care has become CRAP at best, or actually non-existent. 

Surely we weren’t put on this planet to live with day to day exhaustion, burnout and discontent. 
There''s one person who can change it: YOU. 
Though you’ll need some help and direction with it. 

Join Mitch (Michelle) Gibson for a morning of prioritising YOU. 
Exploring the important difference between SELF-CARE and SELFISHNESS, we’ll dig deep & unpack self-care, self-empathy and talk about some trends & techniques to move you back into balance.
