There are particular sequences and poses that assist us to cool the systems of the body. A valuable tool to have in the steamy days of February
Saturday Series workshops are suitable for Iyengar Yoga practitioners Level 2/3 & up with a consistent personal practice that includes Inversions, Students must be able to kick up into headstand and hold for at least 3-4 minutes and be working on Urdhva Danutasana
