This weekend workshop is designed to prepare, educate and empower couples with tools from yoga to help to reduce some of the physical and mental stress that can often surround pregnancy and birth; and support both parents through this magical time together.
- Learn what to expect through pregnancy, labour and welcoming your new bub into the world.
- Practice postures to bring relief to common aches and pains, and exercises you can do with your partner.
- Discover Active Birthing techniques and skills to manage the labour, learning ways you can help support one another.
- Breathing practices used during birth and beforehand to relax, calm the mind and develop focus.
*For prenatal from 2nd trimester onwards (recommended at least 12 weeks).
