Weekend Schedule:

Fri 23rd March 7-9pm: Intro to Detox Program & Raw foods/Nutrition Talk & Meditation.

Sat 24th March 9:30am-10:45am: Yoga Class and Meditation for Purifying Body/Mind.

Sun 25th March 10-11:30am : Yoga Class for Purifying Body/Mind. Sun evening 6pm - 7.30pm: Celebratory Dinner and Discussion on Chemical Free Living/suggestions for continued health.
