We offer other styles of Yoga such as Hatha, Core Yoga , Fluid Power , Yoga Therapy and Restorative.  Our focus is on Mindfulness Philosophy & the 8 Limbs of Yoga delivered in a Non Dogmatic way. We encourage diversity and developing each individual teacher to teach with their own individual style and flair!

    We give you the foundations you need to make your classes accessible to a wide range of people within your community. 

    Pre-requisistes - Yoga NRG is passionate about enabling all walks of life especially those in remote areas to access YOGA. You do not need to be able to do advanced yoga postures to be able to do our training course You do NOT have to be 'flexible' physically to take our courses. All we require is that you have a genuine desire to 'develop & grow' as a human being and a desire to help others do the same.

    At Yoga NRG is we are non-dogmatic in our approach.
    We do not follow a my way or the highway manner.
