Many of the popular styles of yoga today, can be traced back to the classical teachings of T Krishnamacharya.
Yoga techniques have found their way from the Indian origins of this great master to influence the development of different styles and teachers across the world. How much have these teachings and techn...iques changed, evolved, expanded, blended?
Different versions, different styles, for different people - you choose, whatever suits you best.
This weekend workshop will take us back to the classical foundations of yoga practice that have been translated and transformed into the modern world. Techniques of asana and pranayama that are rarely taught in the more popular styles.
Krishnamacharya was neither popular nor trendy in his lifetime - simply effective. Very effective, for all sorts of different people with different needs.
You might have seen the pictures and read the books. Be open to let go of what you think you know. Learn and experience for yourself!
