This workshop will introduce a beginner to the foundation of AcroYoga, and will challenge the practising Acro yogi with new transitions. We will share skills accessible to all levels of practice and body allowing you to experience the joy of flight.
The session will include elements of: asana, partner yoga, assisted inversions, partner acrobatics and Thai massage.
During these classes you will work in many different partnerships with new and old friends as you safely and successfully experience the three roles in AcroYoga of base, flyer and spotter.
No experience necessary. No partner needed. Just bring your willingness to play and have fun!
Explore your potential! All levels, all people are welcome to come play.
AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of Thai massage. These three ancient lineages form the foundation of a unique practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness.
