A mindful practice with restorative intentions to move, feel, connect and let go. The workshop will begin with a brief introduction to yoga, then movement (asanas), leading to a guided relaxation. Different styles of breath work will be intwined in the workshop.Students are encouraged to take this practice back into daily life as a tool to relax, restore and recharge. You will walk away enjoying a wonderful practice and unwinding from life's stresses. You will learn breath work and see how 'yoga' can be a useful tool and help in life.All Yoga Everyday Workshop or Class purchases are non-refundable.
