Experienced Yoga Flow - Feature Class

Join Brendan for 90 minutes of flow...where you'll have the opportunity to advance your practice!

Suitable for experienced yogi's or those who who have been practising yoga for a little while and are already feeling confident in a Yoga Flow class. So if you are ready to challenge yourself a bit more, and work on more advanced positions and variations - then this class is for you!

Brendan, as always, will keep the feature class relaxed and open to requests. Meaning you might work on advanced head & handstands, arm balances or more advanced vinyasa... so come along with your requests and be ready to sweat, laugh and challenge yourself and that comfort zone!
