Lisa Grauaug (Counselling Psychologist, Yoga Therapist) and Liz Bennett (Physiotherapist, Yoga Therapist) present the first of a series of workshops to help you understand and obtain optimal spinal health and function.
This means working towards alleviation of any spinal discomforts, improved back and core strength, better movement and endurance. The day will be fun, informative and practical.
Each attendee will be expertly guided in the practice of yoga-based spinal specific exercises, to develop spinal awareness that will support and promote long lasting and optimal spinal health.
