Join Bryan Carver, owner of Thrive Wellness Centre, in his up close and personal introduction to Ashtanga yoga, a form of yoga very close to his heart.
Come along and learn how to optimise your breath and use it as a tool to help you get to a meditative state, then move with your breath.
Bryan will cover breathing techniques to facilitate meditation, and show you how to move using your breath as a guide, as well as many more fascinating aspects of this amazing form of yoga.
