Tony Martinson, an experienced meditation instructor will be running an exciting meditation workshop at The Yoga Place including:

  •  The science and history of meditation

  •  The proven healing benefits of ancient meditation techniques

  •  The key steps to effective meditation

  •  A powerful and interactive guided meditation journey

Tony’s background

8 years in High school Education (Science & Mathematics)

9 years Health and fitness sports coach (Rowing)

10 years of Meditation experience

Pranic healing practitioner

Tony currently leads weekly meditation classes Monday evenings in Malvern

Included for $20

$10 will be donated towards Tony’s Africa fundraiser which aims to raise funds for educational resources, healthcare supplies and agricultural equipment for the numerous African villages in Kenya, Ethiopia and South Africa that he will be visiting in May - July 2014 and $10 to cover the cost of the studio.
