You will be strengthening your yoga practice from the inside out by integrating the core muscles with the bandhas (muscular and energetic locks in the body). When you experience how to integrate the core muscles your yoga practice is full of strength and lightness and those hard to achieve peak poses become instantly more achievable.
Students will learn how to transition from strong basic standing postures into arm balancing postures, and learn how to jump forward and back into stand, and into sit with the use of props.
Opening the heart and back bending, we aim to help you find rotation in the arms and build focused heat on the areas needed to dive into bigger back bends. This class will stimulate, energize, and awaken your heart, body and spine. For more information and to book click here
