Our Dynamic Vinyasa classes are back this year. This is a class available to all levels. Students are able to choose between the easy version and the more advanced versions of the postures allowing them to progress at their own pace. There is an emphasis on core strength and overall toning for the body as well as flexibility.
The classes flow nicely along with calming music, breathing exercises and guided meditations at the end of the class.
