It's time to shake off the winter blues and prepare for new growth...
In this three hour workshop Madeleine will take you on a guided meditation and creative power yoga flow sequence to help you begin to tap more deeply into your creativity.
We will then spend time creating our own unique and powerful Vision Boards. A vision board is a simple, yet extremely powerful visualisation and goal setting tool that activates the universal law of attraction in your life.
This one day self-love workshop will be fun, interactive, inspirational, and rewarding, giving you the opportunity and space to map out the life you truly wish to live.
Please bring two magazines for cuttings and a photo of yourself that you LOVE. You can also bring images of things that inspire & motivate you, and that you want to bring into your life.

About Madeleine Suzanne
Madeleine is a passionate yoga and meditation teacher, and self-love advocate.
Her wellness journey began in her late teens when she suffered an eating disorder, depression and low self-esteem. Through the study and practice of yoga, Madeleine's inner strength and confidence grew and her life was completely transformed. She now shares the practice with others to help them take charge of their life so they can feel empowered, confident, and at ease.
Madeleine has practiced and studied yoga around the world including Bali, Hong Kong, India, Thailand, Australia and most recently in the Miami, USA where she worked with Yoga Gangsters - a non-profit organisation whose mission is to empower youth by addressing the symptoms of trauma and poverty and more through the practice of yoga.
