On the Autumn Equinox, day and night are of equal length, and it’s an auspicious time to release your stress and restore your energy balance.
Nature does a lot of shedding during autumn and within us, the lungs and large intestine meridians help to release toxins from our body.
You’ll experience a beautiful kundalini yoga practice that is open to ALL levels, as the practice is done at your own pace & with your eyes closed.
Together, we will cleanse your glands and boost your immune system and finish with a 30 minute gong bath to soothe your nervous system so you feel restored.
