The Studio Yoga Beginners - Discovery Series has been especially designed to suit those of you who are new to Yoga, those people who have not practiced Yoga for sometime and want to take up a regular practice again and also for those existing students who wish to focus on their alignment and breath awareness to deepen their experience and understanding of Yoga.
You will learn the basics of Yoga Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath awareness), Dhyana (meditation) and (Yoga Nidra) relaxation. The course is interactive and creates the space for you to identify your own postural tendencies along with the physiological and psychological benefits of a regular Yoga practice.
