Menu: Masala Chai, Spiced Yellow Mung Dhal Soup, Tofu and Vegetables Subji, Indian Fried Rice, Spinach Chickpea Pancakes and Carrot Khir for dessert.
The class can be hands on, or you can just sit back and sip your chai.
Dr. Kalra is a Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine, Reiki Master, Acupuncturist and Naturopath. He has his own well established clinic here in Melbourne and has a deep understanding of human nature, illness and health. He is a very clear speaker, able to convey the centuries old wisdom of Ayhurveda in terms that are easily understandable, with insight and humour.
