Description
Join Amanda Zdanowicz and Kathleen Altarelli, SoHo Yoga teacher and also one half of Brisbane duet 'You & The Night', for an evening of yoga to live music. Go deeper into your practice as you follow the flow immersed in acoustic sounds and soulful, stirring vocals. Some yoga experience is recommended as you will be guided into each sequence which you will then follow at your own rhythm and pace, allowing the music to lead you through a moving meditation. Join us afterwards for refreshments and a celebration of music and yoga as art. $30 per person.
