If you would like a more intensive introduction to yoga and experience how the Mysore Style of yoga is practiced, the Yoga Essentials Intensive is a twice a week course that runs for 4 weeks that will give you a solid foundation for your practice. Group sizes are small so students can enjoy individualised instruction from the teacher.
