We've all heard about the benefits of meditation, however the practice of sitting and seemingly doing nothing for more than 5 minutes can seem daunting and inexplicably challenging!
During this 5-week course you will discover some simple breath exercises (pranayama), which will help prepare your body and mind for the practice of meditation. You will also learn a variety of meditation techniques to help overcome some of the usual obstacles that get in the way of a regular and enjoyable meditation practice.
This course will be from 8.45 to 10.15am, held over 5 consecutive Fridays during November (2nd to 30th).
