Description

Clear sluggishness, tone and strengthen your body after the end-of-year festivities.  Set intentions for the year ahead and give yourself the gift of good health.  Join us for 7 mornings of yoga followed by a light communal breakfast.

Monday to Friday - 6am - 7.15am

Saturday & Sunday - 7.30 - 8.45am

All levels of experience and flexibility accommodated, however some prior yoga experience is recommended.

Fee:  $165 (or attend casually $25 per day)
