5-DAY WINTER YOGA INTENSIVE

Focusing on Water element yoga -strengthening the kidneys and spine, to keep your inner fire going through winter, and lift your motivation to practice. Join us for the 5 days starting 3 June - 6am – 7am followed by a communal breakfast – eat in or takeaway if you need to zip to work.  

All levels of experience & flexibility accommodated, however some prior yoga experience is recommended.

Fee: $95 (or attend casually $22 per day, but must be booked in advance).
