Join us for a joyful, long weekend immersion to explore mindfulness through yoga, meditation and self-awareness practice in the stunning natural bushland of Margaret River.

Natalie is an inspired and experienced yoga and meditation teacher and life coach. She has been leading local and international retreats since 2010 and this is her fourth annual Margaret River Retreat.

This retreat is about embracing simplicity and rediscovering who we are, through being present to our breath, our body and our heart. When we allow ourselves this time, we gain insight into ourselves and how we connect with life in the moment. 
 
Being in natural surrounds, with like-minded company, gives us the added inspiration and space to more deeply connect. It is your birthright to live a truly happy, fulfilling and authentic life - a life that feels meaningful to you, based on your values and inherent purpose. 
 
You'll explore the deeper dimensions of self-awareness and mindfulness. You'll experience interactive group sessions that offer a combination of open discussion, personal reflection, practical tools and experiential exercises to deepen Self-understanding. We will explore what is authentic mindfulness, what it means to have a life purpose, the nature of the Self, creating intentional goals and ways to overcome common obstacles to spiritual growth. 
 
Natalie's takes a light-hearted, coaching approach that's based on asking meaningful questions to create focus and elicit your own wisdom. Whilst these sessions are sincere in depth and subject, we still have plenty of fun!
 
Cost: $650-$750
Inclusive of 3 night's twin-share or open studio accommodation, vegetarian meals, twice daily yoga/meditation and self-growth workshops.
