An energetic - joyful yoga session to awaken prana and celebrate spring.
The session will incorporate aspects of Surya Namaskar with mantra and breath, a small practice in the beautiful nearby Exhibition Gardens, a light snack, pranayama to extend and deepen the yoga experience with meditation time.
The aim will be to refresh, revitalize and celebrate life.
8.-9.45 Asana, sun practices and park practice.
15 minute snack.
