As we get further into the year our busy routine drains our energy, our new year’s resolutions become a distance memory and our intended practice of mindfulness turns into mindlessness.
If this scenario sounds all too familiar then a winter-escape to the lush green healing land of Bali might be just what the doctor ordered.

Take charge with a re-charge and join us for a seven-day immersion into yoga, meditation, healthy eating and mindfulness at a Balinese sanctuary fit for the Gods.
