In this Workshop you will:
•explore basic Ayurvedic Nutrition principles, focusing on making our foods more digestible and healthy
•cover the basic fundamentals of the six tastes, how they work on our emotions and physical body
•learn the medicinal use of 15 different Herbs and Spices, where and how to use them
•prepare a number of different Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners and yummy snacks that are all nutritionally balanced
•focus on meals that are quick and easy to prepare
•most importantly you will get to taste everything that is cooked!

Christine Taranto has been practising many facets of Healing for more than 20 years. She has been the owner of a successful business specialising in Personal and Spiritual Development, Stress Management & Health Awareness and has worked in Natural Therapies Clinics specialising in Aromatherapy Massage, Nutrition, Energy Medicine and various other skills to assist in the Energy Management of the body.
Christine has a passion for assisting people through their healing process and her many skills allow her to bring out the best in those she works with, imparting the perfect ways to ensure a balance of health and wellness.
Christine's Local and International Teachings and Public Speaking within the Healthcare & Spa Industries are well known for their informative and enjoyable nature.
Christine is from Melbourne and currently runs a private practise offering Medical Intuition and Nutritional Advice sessions.
