Vipassana means to see things as they really are, to be mindful, and is one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, Yoga mat, an open mind and a willingness
to sit (lie) and not speak for one and a half days and learn plenty.
Inclusions: One night stay at the Geelong Conference Centre, Vegetarian meals for the entirety of the stay, 24/7 guidance by Swami Prema Ananda, assistance if and when required, personal development and invaluable insights to take away with you.
The Changes that can and do take place for you personally are phenomenal. What past participants had to say:
“I was talked into doing the Vipassana by a friend as I was having some personal issues and she thought quiet time might help me. I was so desperate I said yes, expecting I could always walk out at any time. I’d made my mind up that I possibly would, but I didn’t. It was very hard at the beginning but as time went on, what I had to do in my personal life became so clear it was like watching my life play out like an episode of Home and Away. Thank you Swami for your guidance, your kind support and your gentle hand that lead me to where I am today. Book me in for the next one.” – Jenny
“It was so hard I thought I was going to die. It’s the best best thing I’ve ever done. I’d love to do another one.” - Nicole
Enjoy a relaxing and enlightening weekend for an experience you will remember for years to come!
