The weekend will consist of sun salutations, hatha yoga classes, mindfulness practices, meditations, workshops and lots of free time to explore and relax in this natural paradise.
This yoga retreat is suitable for all levels and no previous experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.

Our yoga style is a combination of dynamic and static poses working to activate and energise the 7 chakras.

This retreat will be facilitated by Anthony O'Flynn and Nina Hansen. They have a combined total of over 38 years experience in the fields of yoga, meditation, personal development and well being.
